Slow Charge but Easy to Use – If you find yours is not charging, you may need to adjust the clear prongs at the bottom of the holder to be longer so your phone can hit the wireless charging part properly. I thought mine was not charging at all until I adjusted that piece. It is a very slow charge, almost non-existent when using maps, but it is easy to use and very easy to install. I just wish the charge was better so I could utilize it better on long trips.

The screw attaching the arm broke so it’s useless – I first loved this product so I actually bought 2 more for Birthday gifts. Unfortunately the movement of the car in motion (paved roads) kept making it drop down so I had to tighten the screw and readjust it almost every time I got in the car. Now the Screw broke in 1/2 so it won’t even stand up. I really hate that because I was really enjoying the hands free wireless charging! Boo I’ll try to submit a video when I get back to my car. I would have preferred a strong suction cup instead of the sticky stuff so now I’m hoping it doesn’t leave goo on my windshield

Better than expected – I own a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and don’t have much room for a wireless charge other than the top of the dash. I don’t like placing anything on top of my dash due to the fact that it blocks my view. This charger allowed me to place it under my dash which leaves my windshield clear. It’s the perfect design for my car.

Worked for a month . . . – Worked great, then this morning, after just over a month in my car, the clamp doesn’t work anymore. Putting the phone on changes the light from red to blue and phone shows charging, but the clamp doesn’t move to grab the phone.

Sorta works for s22 – When using Galaxy s22 the holding arm rests right on the power button of phone. In order to activate phone sometimes you have to squeeze the holder to get phone to come on. Eventually the auto arms could not hold phone in its case because it was too weak and kept dropping it. Had to replace after 3 months
